What's included in the flat rate?
Everything. Certified collector travel to your location, specimen collection, SAMHSA-certified lab analysis, Medical Review Officer review, and results delivery. No hidden fees, no travel surcharges.
What happens after the test?
After specimen collection, samples are sent to a SAMHSA-certified laboratory for analysis. A Medical Review Officer reviews all results to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. You'll receive secure delivery of results directly via email or your preferred method.
How fast can you get to my location?
We offer same-day service for most locations in the Midlands. Book online and select the earliest available time slot. For post-accident or reasonable suspicion testing, we prioritize urgency.
When will I get results?
Negative results are typically available within 24–48 hours. Non-negative results require laboratory confirmation and Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, and may take 48–72 hours. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you help with SC Drug-Free Workplace certification?
Yes. South Carolina's Drug-Free Workplace program gives employers a 5% discount on workers' compensation insurance premiums. We can help you meet the testing requirements to qualify and maintain certification.
Can I book for just one person?
